IGHG COVID-19 Statement 

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

 The IGHG COVID-19 working group, including members of Cochrane Childhood Cancer, developed a statement to provide guidance to childhood, adolescent and young adult cancer survivors related to risk and additional preventive measures for COVID-19.

 We are updating the statement as soon as new knowledge is available.

Cochrane Childhood Cancer encourages and coordinates the conduct of systematic reviews on interventions and diagnosis for cancer in children and young adults with respect to prevention, treatment, diagnosis, supportive care, psychosocial care, palliative and terminal care, nursing care and late effects of treatment.

It is our mission to improve the quality of care in children and young adults with cancer by stimulating decisions based on up-to-date, accurate information.
